TEAM LIMERICK CLEANUP: Well done to everyone who participated in the piece on RTE’s Nationwide programme on Wednesday evening regarding the Team Limerick Cleanup event, TLC10, on Good Friday. Thanks to everyone for their complimentary comments. This piece displayed and portrayed Caherconlish in a very positive manner. In order that we can continue the good work of Tidy Towns we need some more volunteers to join us. From Tuesday 6th May we will meet weekly for 1 to 1.5 hours to continue the improvement and enhancement of our village. We will keep people updated weekly in this newsletter. Remember volunteers don’t get paid, not because they’re worthless, but because they’re priceles
Caherconlish GAA Football Club : FUNDRAISER : We will be continuing our old clothes collection for this year, Our next collection is on the 26th April at the gates of the Millennium Centre , so please put those old clothes to one side, or we can take them from you at any time just contact a club committee member. Christ is Risen. Alleluia. Alleluia. Easter is a time of hope and new life. The resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead is the core element of our Christian faith. Without Easter there is no Christianity. We wish all our parishioners the gift of hope this Easter given that so many things have gone wrong in the world.

SACRED HEART JOURNEY OF LOVE & HOPE: 2025 marks the 350th Anniversary of the Revelations of the Sacred Heart of Jesus to St. Margaret Mary Alacoque in France. This Sacred Heart journey of love and hope commenced with the papal blessing of four pilgrim Sacred Heart Statues on the 8th of January 2025 in Rome. One of these Sacred Heart Statues will be travelling through some parishes of our Diocese offering an opportunity for prayer, reflection, and devotion. Caherconlish/Caherline Parish invites you to Caherconlish Church to spend quiet time in the presence of the Sacred Heart of Jesus, seeking His grace, peace and renewal in your life.
