Caherconlish Tennis Club: The tennis court is now open. Joker Fundraiser: Next Draw Friday 7th July at 10pm. The Jackpot is now €320. No jackpot winner. Winner of €20 Alannah Lynch . The cost of entry is €2. Thank you all for your continued support, funds raised go towards the upkeep of the Millennium Centre.

CAHERLINE GAA CLUB LOTTO: No jackpot winner –numbers drawn were 8, 24, 28 & 29. Lucky dip winners were Sorcha Hourigan (Online), Tim Doherty, Suzie O'Kelly (Online), Brian Kiely (Online) and Ann McCarthy (Online). Next week’s jackpot will be €12,700 and the draw will be held on Friday night next via Facebook Live. As always, we appreciate everyone's support. Our lotto tickets can be purchased online, go to www.lottoraiser.ie/Caherline or you can buy through the usual outlets in the village. RESULTS: Mr. Binman Under 15 Hurling Division 3B, played July 3rd in Caherconlish, Caherline: 4-16(28) Mungret: 0-7(7) U-19 HURLING CHAMPIONSHIP: Fixtures for the U-19 Hurling Championship were released recently - we play the winners of Askeaton v Patrickswell in Round 2 in Caherconlish on July 11th at 7:30pm and we will be away to the losers of that first game on July 18th. The top team from each group go through to the semi-finals. BRIAN BUTLER CUP: We play a Quarter Final on Sunday July 16th at 7:30pm against Ahane in Caherconlish. Should we progress, the semi-finals will be played on July 20th.

CÚL CAMP: Last Friday saw the end of our 2023 Cúl Camp - we had 92 attendees, full capacity which was great to see! Many thanks to camp coordinator Sean McKenna for looking after things for the week & any of the volunteers who turned up to help cover at various times during the week. Thanks also to head coach Seán McCarthy & his team for all the work they did with the kids all week. Special work of thanks to Michael Byrnes & Brian O'Sullivan of O'Sullivan's Centra Caherconlish for their donation of snack packs for all 92 children, a very generous donation! Many thanks Michael & Brian, it's greatly appreciated!

ANNUAL Mass in Inch Saint Laurence Cemetery: on Friday 11th August at 7.30pm. Please spread the word among family, friends, and neighbours, near and far. A collection will be taken up at Mass. A lot of work and money goes into the maintenance of the parish cemeteries.

The annual Diocesan Pilgrimage to KNOCK on Sunday, 6th August will be led by Archbishop Kieran O’Reilly. You might consider an extended break to include 3 night’s accommodation at Knock House Hotel with full board, beginning on Thursday, 3rd August. Programme will include day trips to Westport, Ballintubber Abbey, Croagh Patrick, Fr. Peytown Centre & Museum, and ending with Mass in Knock Basilica on the Sunday of the Diocesan Pilgrimage.
