CAHERCONLISH TIDY TOWNS: A big planting scheme was completed at the Knockatanna entrance to the village this week. The area at the Caherconlish Road Sign has been planted with a large amount of mostly pollinator friendly plants. Thank you to the English family for their help and co-operation. We would like to thank Wesley Power, Ronan and Pat from Elanco Animal Health for their volunteering day with us. Their help is greatly appreciated. A big thank you to the staff of the Millennium Centre for the refreshments on the day and to the staff of Limerick City and County Council for their help with this project. Planting was also completed at the entrance to Caherconlish Church this week.

The Irish Guide Dogs for the Blind will be holding their annual Dog Walk on Sunday 9th October at 12pm. Starting at the Pavilion (University of Limerick, North Campus), the walk will travel through the scenic UL grounds taking in the riverbank and the pedestrian Living Bridge and will take around 45 minutes - you don't even need a dog to join in

COBI SPORTS: Once again we have linked up with COBI sports to open up the online Caherline club shop with lots of new designs and gear. The online shop is now open, with all orders planned for delivery early Dec. Note: This will be the only way to place an order for Caherline club gear and all orders will be delivered to and distributed by the club. The club shop will close on October 13th.
