Parish Notes

CAHERLINE CHURCH 10am Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Sunday – open to 4pm daily.   Closed the other three days.

CAHERCONLISH CHURCH 10am Thursday & Friday open to 4pm daily.    6.30pm Vigil Mass Saturday evening.   Sunday Mass 11am. Closed the other three days.

Covid Mass restrictions of 50.  In order to allow people to attend an anniversary Mass for their loved ones whilst church numbers are restricted, we are reverting to having only one intention per Mass. We know this may cause some disappointment and hope you will understand the need to implement this measure. This will not affect intentions that have already been booked.  We recommend where possible that families might consider choosing one of the present weekday masses for anniversaries

ADORATION – Tuesday Caherline 10.30 to 11.30am: Friday Caherconlish 10.30 to 12 noon.

Congratulations to the 18 children who made their Communion last Saturday in Caherconlish and well done to everyone involved in creating wonderful experiences.

Big “Thank You” to all our Volunteers who are involved as Ushers as we come to Mass, clean, tidy and sanitize the building, open and close the church each day, organising the scheduling, Communion etc. -  enabling us to come to church safely etc.

Another Big “Thank You” to all the parishioners who have made donations in recent weeks to help pay the bills.   The Sunday “Basket Collection” is replaced by donation boxes at the back door to the Churches.

PETER’S PENCE COLLECTION – goes to Pope Francis who distributes it to needy Church communities all over the world. You are invited to make a contribution through returning the Special 2 envelope at the back of your box
